As an individual who is passionate about logistics and supply chain, I hold a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce General majoring in supply chain management.

I have inventory management and reporting skills. My strong interpersonal skills, ability to deal with complaints or problems in a professional manner and the ability to help build a positive image for the company make me a suitable candidate for this position.

My talents include a strong analytical mind, multi-tasking and comprehension skills along with the ability to pay close attention to detail and to work efficiently as part of a team or on my own. I am hard working, self-motivated and able to focus and maintain a pleasant and friendly attitude when working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Experience

I am currently a service provider using my own vehicled for wumdrop powerd by Massmart within the e-commerce space. 

My main responsibility is to ensure that product deliveries are made within SLA. This involves analysing trips and bookings needed daily for clients and keeping track of daily delivery data and compliance to company procedures. I also provide WhatsApp support and telephonic communication for parcel deliveries with dashboard controllers.

Education

My most recent education is my bachelor of commerce degree specializing in Supply chain management and economics whilst also focusing on business management, business communications and information systems which made me more knowledgable of business practices within the corporate landscape as well as being up to date with the various systems used in business's as far as Supply chain management practices are concerned. 

I obtained my degree at Regent Business School
