I am a passionate professional in the field of customer service and Information Technology. I gained significant experience in the retail and customer service fields at a young age through a variety of family-owned restaurants and entertainment venue which enriched me with the confidence and knowledge to pursue a career in those industries.  I learned the value of customer service and building relationships with various stakeholders in the value chain of a business. Experience

assisted the in the management of a family-owned pub and restaurant in Pretoria. The establishment was also a venue for events in which I assisted in the management of organizing. I eventually attained more experience and became supervisor which initiated more contact with suppliers and contractors in the entertainment and liquor industries.
I have dealt extensively with commercial retail computers, particularly software.
I gained extensive hands-on experience in the technical aspects of audio-visual equipment such as PA systems, Professional DJ equipment and projectors.
