About Zintle Bobo:

I am a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree holder from the University of the Western Cape, having completed my degree in the year 2018. I am currently serving my second term in my employ as a Candidate Attorney for Legal Aid South Africa (Stellenbosch Office) and my contract ends on 23 May 2023. During my service at Legal Aid, I have been exposed to both criminal litigation and civil proceedings and possess great competence in both areas of law. I further hold a Practical Legal Training (PLT) certificate from the University of Cape Town, having completed this course shortly after commencing my articles of clerkship.

Experience

I am a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree holder from the University of the Western Cape. After having completed my LLB degree in the year 2018, I enrolled for a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance at the University of the Western Cape in the year 2019 where I majored in both Corporate Governance and International Trade Law. I successfully passed all of my modules in the year 2019 and whilst working on my Mini Thesis, I secured articles of clerkship with Legal Aid South Africa in the year 2021 and decided to take a short study break from my LLM which I intend on completing soon. 

During my service at Legal Aid, I have been exposed to both criminal litigation and civil proceedings and possess great competence in both areas of law. I further hold a Practical Legal Training (PLT) certificate from the University of Cape Town, having completed this course shortly after commencing my articles of clerkship. As I have recently completed my Articles of Clerkship with Legal Aid South Africa, I have enrolled for the Compliance Management Course at the University of Cape Town to further expand my expertise in the corporate, compliance, ethics and risk industry.
