I lead the development, implementation, and administration of the organization's financial systems. I research financial record-keeping and reporting requirements and ensure that systems are modified to meet these requirements. Being a Financial Systems Manager I establish best practices for financial systems use and ensure that these practices are used throughout the organization. I manage financial systems analysts and provide capacity building to departmental staff as needed. Additionally, Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
