About Zenobia Francis:

With over 8 years’ experience in Learning and Development, within the Education, Training and Call Centre Industry, I have had the opportunity to work closely with heads of departments, to whom I provide guidance, feedback and support, regarding all aspects of training. I am proficient in Training and Development, administration of the Learner Management System (Moodle, H5P), facilitation, needs and performance assessments.
My passion for Learning and Development extends itself to Coaching and Mentoring; content & programme development which has equipped me with the necessary skills for my position as a Learning and Development Specialist. I am also a Constituent Assessor within ETDP SETA, Services SETA and Bankseta.
My recent position focuses strongly on e-Learning Facilitation/Training; Design/Instructional Design, Assessments of the General Management; Business Administration Hygiene & Cleaning and Contact Centre Support Learnerships within Services SETA , aimed at upskilling Area & Regional Manager and entry level staff. This was facilitated by incorporating the blended learning approach.
Moreover, whilst my on-the job experience has afforded me a well- rounded skill set, including Analytical and Communication abilities, I have had the opportunity to be involved in: 1. Administering the National Learner Management System (Moodle, H5P). 2. Heading up the Emotional Intelligence Programme within the Contact Centre.
I am currently the Co-founder of an NPO - CHAD - Children Have A Dream:
So far under the organization I have started project MAD "Making A Difference" and the project has completed four different events such as:
1. TEEN CONFERENCE GBV: Where teen male and females listen to stories of females that have been through abuse. That conference was not only there to raise awareness but also show boys what women go through.
2. PASS THE BATON: Teaching Youth how to be leaders. It's about Empowering youth to run programmes for youth.
3.WOMEN'S DAY ON THE REHAB: The project was about women Empowering other women in a rehabilitation centre and also providing them with toiletries.
4.YOUTH EMPOWERING YOUTH: It was a continuation from "Pass the Baton" We allowed youth from different areas to get together and share their experiences, challenges and leadership skills.
We also equip to be able to teach other youth what they have learned over the three programs. The MAD "Making A Difference" project was created to create leaders out of youth. Our organization quote is, "The task of team CHAD is not to put greatness into people, but to draw it out, for greatness is there already"
