2015 - 2018 : Benefit Payments Administrator ( Standalone Funds- All Deaths claims and processing)

2019 : Implementation Specialist ( implementing or set up of Funds on MIP system. Annual Revisions of rates and benefits of existing business, web requests, switch reports,adhoc projects, Fund name changes on system, testing of new developments, problem analysis)

2020 : Trustee Support Specialist ( Sanlam Umbrella Fund, Unity Umbrella Fund) Allocation/ recommendation of benefits payable on the death of a member ,in terms of Section 37C of the Act. Identify and trace dependants and nominated beneficiaries of deceased member. Recommend death benefit s allocation on fair and equitable basis, Benefits distribution recommendations Drafting Beneficiary Letters. Present death claims to the Board of Trustees.
