My experience in risk management, budgeting, and project reporting allows me to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals.

I thrive in fast-paced environments, bringing strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to every project. I excel at process optimization, backlog refinement, and Agile coaching, helping teams work more efficiently and deliver value consistently.
