Good day, my name is Zanele Khumalo, and I am based in South Africa. I have five years’ experience in the banking sector with one of the top 10 banks in south Africa. Working in the banking sector as a consultant highlighted the importance of attention to detail as I was assisting clients with their finances. I also have experience with administrative work as l was a file hander at a law firm which was based in the United Kingdom, in this role I was competent in responding to client queries as well as negotiating settlements with third party insures.  Finally, I have experience in the humanitarian sector with the United States refugee admissions program which was funded by the department of state. This position taught me how to deal with competing priorities as it was a fast-paced environment. I was a senior caseworker, and I was able to communicate with stakeholders and review and approve funds provided to my team.  I am interested in this position as I believe my experience aligns with your company’s needs and position requirements. I believe I will be able to develop my skills even further with this opportunity.
