Handle catering requirements for all meetings and functions. Manage and monitor all internal/external and international calls professionally. Monitor emails and action accordingly. Manage reporting on Global systems.  Assist with Stock order, receiving & report stock movement.  Assist and make sure all safety is complied with audits.
