I recently completed my National Diploma in Human Resources Management. I am currently doing my HR internship. I am eager to learn, I would like to continue to develop and enhance my knowledge and skills in the HR field.

 


HR Internship 

Experience

  • Assisting the HR team with all HR administration, which include: staff induction (making sure new staff sign contracts and complete onboarding documents, creating files for new employees)
  • Setting up interviews, observing interviews, capturing disciplinary records and leave on Sage VIP.
  • Organising and issuing out payslips
  • Printing out payslips from Sage VIP.
  • Archiving old files.
  • Reconciling leave balances.
  • Approving overtime on Kronos (Time and Attendance System) 
  • Enrolments on SAFLECS – access control system 
  • Putting the job vacancies in the notice board.
