I'm a very detail orientated person,  punctuality is my strong point and I'm will go the extra mile to achieve my goals.

I've been in the property industry for over 15 years and I totally love it. 

I have done rent roll administration, creditors, debtors and leasing agent working closely with Nationals Tenants (i.e. Pepkor, TFG, Foschini, Shoprite to name only a few and line Tenants. 

I submit monthly reporting to Shareholders and I attend on site and management meetings.

I can also work remotely from Home as I have a full office at home.

 

Experience

I have been in the property industry for over 15 years, I have started in administrations and worked my way up to management. I very driven and achieve my goals every month. I have two certificates in MDA - Property Administration System and can work on excel, word, power point and attend to all meetings via Teams / Zoom.

 

I'm willing to travel for work as I do site visits to various provinces.

Education

I'm currently working as a leasing agent, performing renewal negotiations with National as well as Line Tenants. 

I also perform the relevant credit checks and FICA on new and existing tenant's.
