About Yolande Sander:

My name is Yolande Sander and I am 49 years old.  I am currently a full time mother of 3 children, aged 16, 14 and 5.

I have completed my BA Ed degree in 1996 at the University of Pretoria.  I never went into teaching after completing my degree as another career opportunity crossed my path.  I started working at a law firm and learnt all the skills of a conveyancing secretary. I have gained a lot of experience in this area and have more than 12 years work experience as a conveyancing secretary.

I am currently looking for work and I am very good with any administrative work.  I used to work under high pressure and handled about 15 files per month.  I mainly work with transfers.

I handled the whole file on transfers (full titles & sectional titles)
Opening file; deed search; contact seller & purchaser; requesting cancellation figures/title deed and clearance figures; drawing up documents; requesting guarantees; statement of account; making appointments for parties to sign documents; payment of transfer duty; electrical certificate; arrange lodgement with cancellation and bond attorneys; closing statement to seller; closing of file
