Experience
Holding responsibility for full-cycle recruiting and hiring for the IT, Engineering, Construction, Medical, Media, and Sales positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist; directing all facets of talent acquisition – including candidate sourcing, behavioural-based interviews, and negotiations – to generate outstanding placements.
Leveraging both traditional and creative candidate sourcing techniques – including social media, LinkedIn, tradeshows, job boards, job fairs, and referrals – to identify candidates.
Handling all post-selection responsibilities, such as background checks, offer letters, salary/benefit negotiations, and onboarding paperwork.
Looking at new strategies of making hiring easier and more efficient. Being Innovative and collaborative.
Maintaining strong recruiting networks and relationships with colleges, career centers, and talent pipelines.
Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports for senior management.
Maintain service delivery, quality standards and turnaround times against KPI’s and SLA’s with the business
Partner with key stakeholders (People Partners, Hiring Managers and Business Unit Partners) to determine future
needs and set and drive enabling sourcing strategies
