Experience
I have always been passionate about skills development and gaining more knowledge within this field, it will be a great pleasure to get an opportunity to serve and apply my skills within your organization after gaining knowledge in the field through the experience over the years in the skills development industry.
I have completed my SDF (Skills development Facilitation) course and currently working as the Learning and Development Facilitator in my current company, I am responsible, accountable and ability to work independently under pressure as I have successfully exited learners for big projects in my previous employer, I have strong communication skills, speaking, writing and reading, I work well with everyone and have excellent coordination skills, a service mindset and a 'can-do' attitude, I am a good problem-solver and have the ability to prioritize tasks and meet conflicting deadline, I am a good team-player that goes that extra mile to get a good delivery, I have strong administrative skills, as I have been working with assessments, learner documents and client documents, I have over 9 years of experience working with different SETA’S and understands different requirements and processes.
