I have worked for Aveng Grinaker-lta, Murray and Roberts, Niel Muller Construction, MOTA-ENGIL Construction South Africa and I am currently working for Temi Construction, My duties include but not limited - managing and taking ownership of various Projects from inception to hand over, by handling Financial Management in Preparing Detailed Budget Estimate and Cashflow Projections. I also process - Monthly Valuations, Present Cost Reports and Management of all Subcontractors, SMMEs and Local Labour. Draft Contractual Correspondences to the clients and other stakeholders; Identify and Manage risks to ensure compliance to all contractual requirements. Ensuring Effective implementation of Quality Systems Compliance. Adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act Procedures and Policies
