Customer support is the bedrock of every organisation. Without customer support, companies would not succeed in a results-driven marketplace. I am committed to providing superior customer support by adhering to business principles while at the same time delivering 100% customer satisfaction. I am excited to bring this component of my career  as a client support technician.

I graduated from NMMU with National Diploma in IT Communication Engineering. (2010)

Since that time, I have worked at several Telecoms. In most Customer Support positions, I excelled in taking over 100 calls per day while adhering to my schedule, maintaining superior customer satisfaction scores and resolving complaints. I was then promoted to Tier 3 Support Agent. In this position, I gained experience in resolving escalated calls while promoting customer satisfaction. Finally, I was promoted to Support Manager where I excelled in managing a team of associates, bringing department efficiency up by 45%.

My diverse skills include installations , Troubleshooting and Customer Support experience as well as any voice- or data network installations and -troubleshooting. Organisational management software, utilising critical thinking, problem-solving and implementing organisational skills with time management are all my strong points. I perform best with multitasking and under pressure and if working remotely as a customer support agent, I expect to deliver superior results and increased efficiency in customer satisfaction.
