Wydcliff Maaga

Wydcliff Tuelo Maaga, a 32-year-old, a young, ambitious and goal driven gentleman. I am self-motivated; I willingly take on challenges and tasks that may add to my growth professionally and personally. I can learn and adjust to procedures, environment and work systems that are applied within an operating organization. I have a certificate and work experience in basic ambulance assistance, studied and completed a Higher Certificate in Business Management, no work experience. On the 1st May 2019 I started my internship at Volvo Group Southern Africa, as a Safety, Health and Quality Rep. I believe that I can step up to the platform and lead if the circumstances require that. I enjoy working and interacting with people on a professional and personal level, it is one the ways I see as a path of acquiring new skills (professionally and socially). I love challenging myself in making sure that all that I do comes out to be of top standards, be it for professional presentation or social.

I have a certificate in Basic Ambulance Assistance, along with 1-year work experience, on the 30th of April 2019 I completed my Occupational Health and Safety Learner- ship, at Makrosafe Holdings (North Region office). Prior to completing the Learner ship, I had the opportunity to work with most of the Makrosafe personnel of different projects for their clients (Legal compliance Audits, monthly compliance visits and OHS documentation compilation). Then from the 1st of May 2019 I joined Volvo Group Southern Africa under the Legal and Risk Department as their Safety, Health and Quality Rep. I may not have prior qualification regarding the job at
hand, but I am willing to put in all humanly possible effort to learn and acquire the skill needed. I am currently employed as the Health and Safety Officer of A company called Velocity Venture in Alrode, Alberton, have been with the company for 6 months now.
