Experience

In the past, I have worked as a Customer Service Agent in the Angolan General Consulate in Cape Town. I was responsible for providing support to the customers by explaining the steps necessary for completing the processes and attending to the customer’s needs, concerns, or complaints. Currently, I teach English remotely for Kids as a part-time job. This profession has taught me to be more patient and understanding of others, as well as to interact with and manage a more complex audience

Education

I hold a National Diploma in Industrial Engineering, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Operations Management.
