• Supervision 3+ years - setting performance goals and deadlines, excellent skills in learning candidates to do work at the correct and safe way, leadership skills as well as ability to learn new environments, employees and work procedures
• Safety Health and Environment and Quality Management 3+ years experience - supervise and coordinate ISO systems to ensure that the organization meets the highest quality standards and that the working conditions are favorable and safe
• Garden and home maintenance 10+ years experience -  Tending to garden, lawn, flowerbeds, potted plants, trees, patios, drive and surrounding areas, Pool maintenance, and an understanding of the pool pump and filter workings, Skilled and experienced in all-rounder ability inside and outside the home
