About Werner de Beer:

I am a professional and experienced sports manager specializing in organizing, managing, marketing and developing sports systems and  emerging sports talent at all levels.  During my periods at the University of Pretoria and the Blue Bulls Company, as well as currently for The South African Rugby League Association, I was and still is responsible for the development, recruitment and management of players, coaches and officials. My experience in various sporting disciplines was gained, at the local and international level, where I coordinated, developed, managed and implemented various sporting systems and programs.
