I am an interdisciplinary artist who has found purpose in African storytelling through fashion and film. Naturally a conceptual thinker with managerial skills and a personal social media presence about fashion and styling that have honed in into fashion marketing and creative direction.

HOPE: THE FASHION SHOW - a fashion and art curation fundraiser event

• Led a team of 5 designers and 31 models, together with show performers, overseeing all creative aspects of production from conceptualization to execution
• Directed fashion show branding ensuring consistent creative expression across styling, marketing and performances

LUV IS IMMORTAL- amateur 5 minute fashion film 

• Coordinated and executed the directors styling vision for the main character for a goth fashion film
• Present the director and client with styling options and adapted them to suit their needs

SHADES OF COLOUR – 5 minute student film 

• Conceptualized, wrote and revised a script adaptation, winning second place among twelve crews
• Collaborated with crew members to deliver a modern art style for our film using visual elements in the bar setting and the character outfits
• Used my knowledge of current Gen Z fashion trends to curate the character styles.

RAFIKISTRY - a non-profit teen-life center in Zimmerman, Nairobi

• Developed and executed social media campaign for a walkathon increasing their brand visibility and engagement by more than double from 34% to 71% in time for their fundraiser

• Cultivated relationships with student models and collaborated with them to create content and catalogues that aligned with the luxurious brand identity 
• Directed all aspects of marketing including product launches, branding, editing and posting offsetting the brand style that has carried through over three years

• Established and launched an online thrift clothing store
• Managed day-to-day store operations like inventory-keeping, order-processing and scheduling country-wide delivery within 24 hours
• Developed marketing and communication initiatives and communicated promptly with customers responding to any queries
• Kept reports that won me a business grant after generating 60% profit in my first batch sale
