I am a driven and dedicated individual with capabilities and abilities to deliver. A person with winning attitude , I'm a good listener , and i think analytical. I have good communication skills , good at taking instructions and i also have customer service skills. Good negotiations skills. I'm value oriented with a strong personality and i stove to be the best in all i do. 

I worked at Maloka Attorney as an Assistant Administrator for 3 months during that time i gained a lot of knowledge and skills in working with customer/clients because i would assist the reception area so will get to engage with clients a lot. Also i worked with Inuthuko Long Distance Transport and Association as an Administrator for 2 years and a couple months, i was so doing admin and communicating with customers /clients. My last job i was working at Aegies  as Call center inbound sales, also a bit of customer service was there cause i would resolve customers quires, answer customers questions and follow up on they orders and sell the products. my other  experience i was a volunteer for IEC i was a party agent 

I have an National Senior Certificate which i obtained  in 2016 

I also have NQF level 3 in  Business Administration obtained in 2018 and  IT Computer End User obtained in 2019
