  • Screening and routing of national and international telephone calls
  • Maintaining emails
  •  Opening and Closing the office
  • Updating Q-metric and parcel Perfect Systems
  • Processing quotations
  • Tracking Domestic and international Shipments

Dealing with customer enquiries and escalations and escalating to other departments / management when necessary
