I am self driven and self reliant. I undertake every task in a project with a specific aim ensuring its completion with confidence. My personal integrity and reputation is most important and drives my determination to succeed. 

I have worked at international call centers since the year 2018 and have been exposed to
multiple international campaigns within the companies which involves online purchasing of
goods which I believe has allowed me to gain exposure in customer service communication via
chat, email and phone communication ensuring good service is delivered through the
companies policies and procedures.

The different campaigns required documentation and communication through multiple
applications and tools that I have gained exposure to. To name a few, including Excel, Outlook,
Zendesk, Teams, Bold Chat as part of the processes and documentation requirements through
company training. 

I have completed my second year of studying at The South African Maritime School and Transport College (TETA 03-010).

My previous qualifications include:

SAQA. ID. 57831 Certificate in Freight Handling NQF03 specialising in Warehousing and Distribution.
