I have over 15 years of customer service experience, working at Checker Hyper as a cashier, Vodacom as a customer service agent, Standard Bank as client liason officer and New Business Consultant. 

Matriculated in 2002 

Then went on to study call centre and clerk management at Corner Stone in Randburg. 

Studied marketing management at Unisa however, I never completed due to been involved in an accident.
