Unathi Tshangela

Unathi is a professional who enjoys challenges, works hard, and is known for honesty and a solid work ethic. Member of the lecturing service industry for nearly 10 years, has grown into a strong management role that requires exceptional client relations, problem solving, innovation, creativity, and mediation skills. He is involved in the oversight of nearly all aspects of an athletic programs. This may include athletic training, providing resources for athlete education, ensuring team and coach compliance, even fostering interest for the University.

He’s a driven individual with a unique set of solutions for every problem and or concern. Creative in decision making while careful in taking conservative risks to increase academic interests and build relationships.

He is highly dynamic and resourceful team player well versed on developing efficient processes using knowledge of sports management and compliance. Comfortable working in a fast paced, challenging, growth orientated work environment and possess a proven ability to ensure that procedures, standards and communications are understood and implemented effectively. Extensive knowledge in handling multiple matters simultaneously and providing quality advice and services. Possess efficient communication skills to liaise with all levels of clients and staff to deliver effective solutions needed to achieve client satisfaction and organizational goals.

I have gained experience in Planning, organising and managing sport events. I also gained experience in Producing promotional literature, reports and event materials and liaising with marketing and media organisations. 

I have studied sport management with Tshwane University of Technology, majoring in marketing. I completed B-tech in the same discipline.
