About Unathi Kefile:
My name is Unathi kefile 26 years old,I am a very quick learner that adapts quickly and can work under pressure.
I am very dedicated in producing good quality work and learning from others. I can spend more time in delivering what is expected of me paying attention to detail in the quality of work I put in making sure it meets the required standard.
One of my other qualities is meeting deadlines by putting in extra hours, to achieve the desired target by the organization.
I also tend to challenge myself by putting in personal goals to develop myself and exceeding required targets to gain recognition for any future opportunities at hand.
Experience
I havehave experience in Call centre as a customer advisor I have previously worked for Capita a UK based contact centre in two different campaigns namely Debenhams (retail based) and Hive (Technical support).
Duties included taking customer payments ,placing orders and processing refunds.
Assisting customers in technical support and navigating customers through their electronical devices (smart homes).
With the experience at hand I was able to communicate with customers through calls ,emails and web chat,giving the customer a good quality customer experience.
Education
Matriculated in 2013 at Heideveld high school and still keep to study further in future.
