Being a receptionist has not only enhanced my people skills, but has broadened my quick thinking and problem solving skills, from liasing with clients, to resolving complaints and issues in a calm manner for clear understanding of both parties. Worked at Apex Mechanix as the receptionist, bookkeeping invoices, drafting income and expense statements, recording stock control, contacting both clients and suppliers for a year and furrther went to do similiar type of work at a bed and breakfast conjoined catering company for another year.
