Tsholofelo Legoale

My name is Tsholofelo Legoale.

I have been working in a medical aid industry for over six years. I am currently working for a broker company providing my retention services to corporate Group clients. The company is contracted to all open medical aid schemes in SA.

My duties include educating members about their medical aid plan (benefits and contributions), recommending a suitable product after doing needs analysis, updating members on product changes ( group presentations and one on ones) and year planning (wellness events and year end review road shows). My overall duty is to build business relationship with our clients and provide great service to retain them. 

I am very dedicated and hard working. I aim to excel on every project and to satisfy my clients. I am very good at problem solving and I am a fast learner. My company has received zero complaints about me and a number of compliments regarding my service to clients.

My work has proven itself over the years that I have been promoted twice in one company/current company. 

I have minimal experience in short-term insurance. I was only exposed to this industry during my wealth management learnership with Bonitas Medical Fund. Before my move to a broker company.

I have 6 years experience in medical aid industry, working for Moso Consulting Services as a Business consultant under corporate department.

Wealth management NQF level 5 obtained through Universal institution.
