Tshiamo Mashego

I am a motivated and diligent student currently pursuing my  undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Commerce at Varsity College. With a strong desire to gain practical experience and develop my skills.

At the age of 21, I am enthusiastic and eager to apply the knowledge i have acquired in her coursework to real-world situations as well as vacation work experiences as a lovisa styler as a Christmas flexi and as a cashier at a bar. I possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, cultivated through group projects and extracurricular activities during my academic journey. Im also known for my adaptability and quick learning, which she's demonstrated through her ability to balance coursework, part-time jobs, and volunteer work.

In her quest for a job, I am open to various opportunities that align with my academic background and personal interests. Whether it's an internship, entry-level position, or a part-time role, I am determined to gain hands-on experience in my field of study. My goal is not only to bolster my resume but also to make meaningful contributions to the organization I join.

I am committed to continuous self-improvement and is currently working on enhancing her digital skills, such as proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools, to make herself a well-rounded and attractive candidate in the competitive job market.

My job search is characterized by determination, enthusiasm, and a clear vision of her career goals. I am excited to embark on this next chapter of my life and make valuable contributions to the workplace while continuing her educational journey.

During my time as a cashier at a bar, I developed strong customer service and communication skills. I was responsible for processing customer orders, handling payments, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. I also gained experience in maintaining the bar's cash register, reconciling daily sales, and ensuring accurate financial transactions. This role taught me the importance of multitasking, staying organized, and maintaining a friendly demeanor even during busy shifts.

Working as a stylist at Lovisa, I honed my fashion sense and creativity. I assisted customers in selecting jewelry and accessories that complemented their style and needs. This role required me to stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge to provide personalized recommendations. I also gained experience in visual merchandising and ensuring the store's displays were appealing and well-organized. Overall, my time at Lovisa allowed me to combine my passion for fashion with excellent customer service, helping customers feel confident and stylish.

These experiences have not only enriched my skill set but also provided valuable insights into different aspects of customer service and retail, which I can apply in future roles.
