I have 2 National Diplomas in Marketing Management and Public relations completed in 2001, I have 1 year certificate in Business Communication completed in 1996, I have obtained a certificate in VIP payroll system a certificate in HR Job management, performance management and personal records management from HR Premier and I have obtained a certificate from MIE in background screening (ITC and Criminal checks). I have solid 10 years working experience in administration field from different sectors and industries. I have worked in Finance, insurance, call center, NGO and banking industry. I have 8 years HR administration experience and 7 years payroll administration experience. I have 7 years’ experience as leave manager on ESS system and also 7 years working experience on VIP premier system. 

I believe I will be suitable for the position because of my experience and exposure to the administration field through different sectors that I have worked in. My knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, payroll, performance management and leave administration has equipped me with the skill I need to see myself grow in the Administration field.  Also, with exposure over the years and experience gained, I have come to understand the importance of a very effective, highly motivated but easy access admin personnel within an organization. I have experience in job analysis, performance management, training, development and educating. Also I have gained experience and exposure to Labour Relations, Basic Conditions of Employment act, UIF, OHSA, and Employment Equity. 

 

My skills are and not limited to organizing, supervising, presentation of reports, training of new systems, problem solving or shooting, pressure handler, result orientated, data analyzing, implementer, initiator, cost management, and budget management. I have also acquired a very important trait as a human resource personnel that of being a peoples person, the go to guy in HR by building solid relationships with all stakeholders of an organization. My communication skills are on advanced level, my information processing skills is also on advance level and I’m highly self-motivated.

 

I am comfortable with processes that require attention to detail, organization and procedural approach. I am dedicated and disciplined valuing tradition and routine in what I do.  I am also comfortable in a more structured, controlled and organized environment. I always see to it that decisions are implemented and the necessary administrative tasks are taken care of in time. I enjoy situations that require process such as searching for alternatives, integrating, risk and strategy. I always try to see the bigger picture and integrate new ideas with existing frame of reference.

I am highly comfortable with change and innovation in the work place.  I prefer a working environment governed by clear guidelines and expectations, working with factual, technical or scientific data. I am precise and always strive for accuracy in my approach to work focusing on the task on hand.  I am highly analytical and have a strong preference at dealing with concrete information. I am more performance driven and results orientated and sometimes I use external discipline to achieve the desired results.

I am in need of an organization that will grant me room to expand my wings in order to bring out the best in me and bring satisfaction to its stakeholders. An organization that values its people and that knows and understand that individuals creates the success of the business as a whole. I’m in need of an organization that is prepared to go the extra mile to become the best in what they do, in their industry and to become a leader in clients or customer satisfaction. I am a hard worker but most importantly a smart worker too, always stretching myself. I am straight forward, direct and my emotions do not dominate my judgment or ability to perform a task. I am driven and motivated by believing that recognition, expertise and success paves a brighter future in an organization.
