As an experienced digital transformation technologist, I specialize in innovation and product development and management (Conceptualising, Design, Costing and Launch), consultative, business development, solution-based selling, systems architecture, and design. My primary areas of expertise include data canters, Cyber Security, IT infrastructure, and value-added services like cloud computing, as well as digital technologies like Edge Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), Containers, Machine to Machine (M2M), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML).

I have over two decades of international experience in the information technology industry, having worked for companies such as Bytes Technology Group, Vodafone/Vodacom Business, IBM, Oracle, Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTIMindtree), and now SUSE Software Solutions. I am a firm believer in lifelong learning and have a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems. Other credentials include two Postgraduate Diplomas, one in general business management and the other in Management Practice with a concentration in Systems Thinking.

I received a Master’s in Business Administration degree from GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science), with research focusing on understanding the impact of cloud computing, as well as how offshoring of ICT services has changed the face of the South African ICT sector. I also have a postgraduate diploma in systems thinking from Henley Business School and a bachelor of science degree in information systems from Midrand Graduate Institute.
