Experience
I am currently employed by Verve Financial Solutions as an Outbound Sales Consultant, responsible for providing excellent standards of selling & customer service to outbound customers by identifying and maximizing sales opportunities, and increased customer retention rates, contacting prospects and customers and sells products and services, generating sales and revenue for the organization, contacting, marketing research to develop warm leads, identifying prospects that fit the demographics, using product knowledge to showcase the solutions; negotiating price with client and making sure the customers are satisfied.
Prior to this role, I worked at King Price Insurance and Telesure Investment Holdings as a Sales Consultant, accountable for providing excellent standards of selling & customer service to inbound and outbound customers by understanding and demonstrating customer care and high levels of customer service as well as establishing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Previously I was employed as a Sales Advisor for Outsurance, facilitating sales transactions by advising customers on suitable products that best meet their needs and encourage purchases and explaining product features and benefits to customers.
Education
I have a Short Term Insurance Personal Lines Qualification from INSETA and I have completed Short Term Insurance Commercial Lines Programme and both with credits. I hold a Regulatory Examination Certificate from MOONSTONE. My CPD hours are up to date.
