I am an individual who endeavours to make every task given to a success. I
have over three years of experience as a sales support worker, this duty
requires good customer service abilities, good communication and
administrative skill, I also have a National Diploma in Mechanical
Engineering. I work in a systematic manner. I prioritise tasks and manage my
time and resources effectively, ensuring that I consistently produce excellent
results. My aim is to develop myself as a seasoned professional, to apply my
skills to benefit the organisation I am employed in, as well as attaining

Experience
Provide Sales and Admin support to the Sales Team.
- Processing of RFQ’s and purchase orders, following up on quotations
and sales orders until point of delivery.
- Handling, updating, and filing of quotation, order, and delivery
documents.
- Ensuring that ordered goods are booked for shipment, delivered to
clients, and invoiced.
- Preparation of delivery notes, collection notes, packing lists, and
invoices.
- Providing costings for projects, ordering project materials, organising
delivery /freight, and doing project tracking.
- Organising and Booking Travels for site visits
- Continuous Improvement projects for cost saving and efficiency
Education
I have a National Diploma in mechanical engineering obtained from Tswana University of Technology
