I have  an excellent customer service experience with a proven ability to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.

 I have worked as brand promomoter  and hostess i would say  that has honed my excellent communication and presentation abilities, customer relationship building, understanding customer needs, persuasive selling techniques and adaptability to different situations.

I  have also orked as an import controller which has sharpened my admin skills like orginising, effective communication, paying attention into detail and time management.

I consider my self as a hard working individual who is not afraid to face challenges. i am self driven, highly orginised person  who is always eager to learn new things.
