I am an Environmental Manager by profession and have 10 years of experience now within the field. I have acquainted myself with Environmental Management Systems (Waste Collection & Management, and Natural Resources Management); Environmental Laws & Principles; processes involved in Risk Assessments, and Water Quality Monitoring & Sampling. I am very experienced in using Assessment methodologies and extremely familiar with permitting regulations and other Environmental related issues, including Safety, Health, Environmental, Risk Assessment and Quality plans and policies.

Undertaking of numerous Environmental Management studies have resulted in a good working knowledge of Environmental legislation and policy requirements for me. I was a Project Manager for one of the biggest Environmental Projects in South Africa, The Free State Youth Environmental Services Project in 2015 and also managed the Domestic Waste Collection Project in Mantsopa Local Municipality. The projects involved the recruitment of unemployed youth from disadvantaged communities within the Province, and transferring knowledge and skills in Waste Management; Horticulture; and Nature Conservation & Resource Guardianship to prepare them for the work environment.
