I'm Trecia Makhanya staying in centurion doringkloof Pretoria, I've obtained matric certificate in Mamelodi 1994,went to MCG to study computer literacy in 1994,then I worked for pick n pay for 14 years as customer service manager and I got retrenched in 2017 ,then September 2017 I joined sanlam sky as consultant until 2019 when I got an opportunity to work at South African Revenue Service as call center Agent debt collector then the contract got finished in 2022 October, currently I work at barcelos jean avenue franchise as a manager

I'm so passionate about customer service, I also have the product knowledge about barcelos restaurants, working under pressure makes me to focus more, excellent service is one of my skills, problems solving, attention to details and time management up
