Over the past 8 years, I have worked on various legal and arbitration cases, honing my skills in: Risk Assessment, Contracts Management and Project Management.

• Successfully managed tendering process for multiple submissions and contract management for project in South Africa (Turbine Maintenance, NEC 3 contract

Independent Consultant & Advisor in Arbitration Proceedings

• Served as an advisor in South African arbitration proceedings involving a prominent international construction company and their sub-contractor, with focus on construction services including welding and piping.
• Performed a comprehensive contractual analysis (FIDIC Red Book - over 40,000 pages).
• Spearheaded the management of two high-stakes international arbitration cases, one in Croatian and the other in Switzerland, pertaining to design and build projects governed by the FIDIC Yellow Book.
