I handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with various inquiries , issues or requests. I answer questions, resolve complaints, provide information about products and services. I have strong communication skills, patience, problem solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure, often handling multiple calls in a high paced environment

I worked for Africonnect Company as lead warmer, nurturing and engaging potential customers who have shown interest. My role was to build relationships with these leads providing them with the right information and support to move them closer to making a buying decision. I assessed leads potential by understanding their needs, timeline, budget and decision making process. I established a relationship of trust by consistently delivering value and being responsive to the leads needs and inquiries. i used Customer Relationship Management tools to keep track of all interactions with leads, noting their interests, pain-points and  readiness to buy. once a lead us sufficiently warmed up and ready to make a decision, i passed then on to the sales team for closing.
