Experience
The main role of this position was to dissect the order and diving into the core to make sure
that it is readable, correct items have been confirmed with the member, enough money is in
their account to pay the order, confirming delivery address and liaising with the member as
to when it will be dispatched.
• Initiating the customer orders picking process and setting pace for the whole
Sales floor.
• Capturing customer orders into the system.
• Distribution of workload to co-workers in the team.
• Investigating customer queries and meticulously solving them to ensure
customer satisfaction as well saving company potential losses.
• Monitoring workload and flow and brainstorm with leadership on work
prioritization and scheduling.
• Constantly providing feedback to the supervisor on work progress.
• Performing other related duties as and when required
