My procurement experience is attained from different industries includes mining, oil and gas, FMCG, electronics, facilities management EPCM.

My specialization in procurement activities covers need analysis, strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation, cost analysis/reduction, supplier relationship management, database optimisation, purchasing management and Procurement Operating Plan.

• Achieving a target of 20 points from 13 points on Preferential Procurement within 15 months
• Achieve target of A-Supplier/ Strategic Supplier contract coverage of 80% from 35% within 18 months
• Attained gap cost savings target of 8% (R20m) from addressable R250m
• Skilfully build a test case and gained business buy-in to change cost model and achieve cost savings of R9m from addressable spend of R180m
