Experience

•Set up configuration of vibration database, Routes and Analysis parameters 

• Run Up and Coast down for resonance testing on equipment

•Infrared Thermography Scanning and Analysis

•Ultrasound SDT 270

• Field Balancing (Single and Dual plane) 

• Laser Alignment (Rotalign Pruftechnik)

•Thickness testing.

•Maintain the operational performance of the plant systems.

•Inspection of plant equipment.

•Plant walks (Motion Study)

•Maintain an information system.

•Compile reports and update all relevant procedures.

• SAP (Create notifications, approve leave and purchase orders)

Infra-red Thermography Level 1(ITC) 

UE Ultra sound Systems Level 1 (UE Systems)

Vibration Level II (Vibration Institute)

In-Situ Balancing – Fastbal II (V.I.S.A)
