My name is Thokozile masimula who is currently employed by Merchants BPO on an XPA position on an American Champaign who would like to explore on new opportunities ,a young women who is 28years of age determined for new changes and having to grow more,as an agent before ihv served great and excellent customer services,I have been with Merchants for 1year and 6months most definitely with the previous working experience as well as a call center agent at Telkom

As a person who has grew from being an agent to the current position held within Merchants American Champaign I must say that I'm a great customer service consultant who is more determined to ensure that I go above and beyond with discovering customers needs that get to suit their daily lifestyle ,having to make it effortlessly whenever assistance need to be adhered to.
