am a dedicated and goal-driven IT professional with a Diploma in Information Technology (Software Development) and currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science. With over two years of hands-on experience as a Technician Lab Assistant and Assistant Desktop Engineer at the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), I have developed strong technical troubleshooting, desktop support, and system maintenance skills.

In addition to my technical work, I also serve as a university soccer coach for the women’s team, reflecting my commitment to leadership, discipline, and teamwork.

I have over 2 years of experience in IT support and systems maintenance, currently serving as an Assistant Desktop Engineer at Tshwane University of Technology (TUT). I previously worked as a Technician Lab Assistant at TUT, where I provided hands-on technical assistance, managed lab equipment, and supported software and hardware troubleshooting.

In parallel with my studies, I’ve led and contributed to impactful tech projects, including a CreepyXTardy photography website and gloriousclinic website. My work demonstrates a strong blend of practical IT support skills and software development capability.
