Hi, my name is Sylvester Scheepers and I’m deeply passionate about Information Technology. Ever since I got my hands on my first computer, I’ve been fascinated by how technology works and how it shapes the world around us. Whether it's coding, networking, cybersecurity, or exploring the latest innovations in AI and cloud computing, I enjoy diving into all aspects of IT. I’m constantly learning, experimenting, and finding new ways to solve problems using technology. I am excited to be writing to you regarding the Application Support Analyst vacancies. With over 9 years of experience supporting business, application, software and proactive monitoring business operations, I believe that I am a perfect fit for this role.

As part of my current role as an Application Support Analyst I analyse client’s business restrains and processes through trouble shooting and replicating scenarios that could impact business to deliver on their daily tasks insuring continues deliver. Using my extensive knowledge on in-house business systems such as Ekundu, Purple Heron, Indlela and Workflow I use applications like T-SQL, Application Manage Engine just to mention a few. I further support our client’s systems by conducting and monitoring system performance country wide with integration and performance. I am also actively involved in Change Management, Incident and Problem Management process and procedures.

During my tenure I have gained valuable knowledge of customer service, remote support and understanding the impact that my role has in the continued delivery to our internal and external stakeholders.

Among my peers, I am regarded as a high performer, reliable and keen willingness to assist with expert problem-solving skills. Furthermore, I have a proven track record of delivering to my stakeholders and always willing to assist on requirements tangible deliverables that exceed expectations.
