I am serving as an Assisstant Manager Designate at Shoprite Checkers. Prior to joining Shoprite, I was working for Boxer Superstores as an Assistant Branch Manager. 

I also have experience as a research Assistant or Project Manager where I was responsible for assisting honours students in data collection, designing of experiments for data collection. I did the admin work and I also do admin work as a manager.

 

I can work independent, in a team and encourage my subordinates, and ensure that we all deliver, train and ensure that we are all clear on our duties. I engage them on the work and what is anticipated of each of them and ensure that filling is done and is updated.
