Experience

I have been running my own functional fitness studio since 2016 with great success.  I offer crossfit style functional training with an added dose of Pilates to increase core strength. Metafit is thrown in the mix once a week to up the cardio level. I am currently studying Massage Therapy which has various modules all on the holistic side.
