Experience

 

  • Investigate economic and property related crimes
  • Conduct preliminary investigation and obtaining statements from victims, witnesses, and suspects
  • File and update received criminal docket in the crime administration computer system 
  • Analyses of documents and documents reported facts
  • Consult various banking institutions and other services providers for assistance with financial statement and other related information of the suspects and the victims of crime 
  • Recruit, maintain, manage, and task informers and contacts
  • Consult the state prosecutors in court for their input on the evidence collected and directives
  • Liaising with the internal and external stakeholders 
  • Trace, arrest, process and prepare arrested person to appear in court
  • Give testimony under oath in court during bail application proceeding and criminal proceeding 
  • Finalise dockets and forward the details of the case docket to the Local Criminal Record Centre
  • Execute search and warrants of arrest
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

I acquired the following qualifications namely ,Diploma in digital forensic investigation , Diploma in operational management and national certificate in policing
