I was previously employed at South African Airways for 22 years and have vast experience in aviation/travel and tourism including hospitality industry.
Within the 22 years, I have worked as a Customer service agent, later promoted as a Senior Customer Service Supervisor/ Consultant.
Education
I'm currently studying for a Diploma in Operation and Supply Management online to enhance my educational background.
