1. I have successfully developed a Programme Implementation Plan(s) in alignment with the overall strategic plan and funder grant agreements that details plan of the programme specialist including plans that monitor and support Sub-Recipients to deliver high quality deliverables.     
2. I have able successfully conceptualise and analyse the core package of the ReACH & DREAMS programme so that it is simple and understandable by the implementing sub-recipients.
3. I am very familiar with the TIER.NET system latest v1.13.2 and all the reports and line list that can be generated from the system to assist with informed program decisions and overall facility management. I have been exposed to the process of upgrading to the latest version 1.13.2.
4. Develop and continuously review an annual Programme/Grant Performance Framework including:

3.2 Setting of annual targets together with National Programme Manager, Provincial Manager and M&E Specialist

3.3 An effective data review system for FHI360/Right to Care & TB HIV Care with SOPs for M&E activities at all relevant level
